Our partners operate 365 days a year and have a large number of Network of accredited field-based technicians. The replacement equipment is located at geographically dispersed locations so a technician can be with you very soon, the Service Level Agreement is 4 hours fix

| Standard | On-Site Fix 40 | Once an support call has been verified, an engineer will be on-site to your premises with the correct part Within 4 Hours. This level of cover is Monday to Friday 5-9 and the support desk is open Monday to Friday 9 – 5. |
