We implement Patch Management or Updates at a time to suit you.  Patch Management or Updates is the process of repairing system vulnerabilities which are discovered after the infrastructure components have been released on the market.  This means that popular software such as Windows 11 need to be patched so that no vulnerabilities exist on the operating system.
