They are available in multiples of 100Mb and deliver you a dedicated speed for your connectivity requirements along with un-contended symmetrical bandwidth. Delivered from the Exchange or data node, directly into your business premises, a Leased Line provides a superfast business-grade Internet connection, giving you the speeds your operations require when you need.
How Does It Work?
Fibre Optic Cables transfer data at the speed of light, transfer rates do not drop as the distance from the exchange increases. Your Leased Line connection is dedicated and private, therefore it is not diluted by other people’s use. You choose the speed you want (100Mb – 10Gb) and that is the speed you receive. No variable factors. Just the speed you need, when you need it.
Leased Line and services delivered over data connectivity are supported by a 99.99% SLA, with no more than an average 10 millisecond latency.

Delivery
35 to 95 Working Days.
Charges
A site survey is undertaken about 7 days into the order to confirm the quoted service can be delivered from the local fibre network. If any ECC’s (Excess Construction Charges) are identified by the site-survey which you deem to be unacceptable you can cancel the order without penalty.
If you choose to accept any ECC beyond this figure the provision will recommence and an ECD (Expected Delivery Date) will be provided – Alternatively you can cancel at this point should you so wish without penalty.
